Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. If your purchase is damaged in the mail, please send me a photo and I will gladly send you a replacement or refund your order.
If your purchase is lost in the mail (and not marked delivered on your tracking info), I require a waiting period of 3 weeks in case there are delays or issues with the postal service. After 3 weeks if you have still not received your order, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund your order.
If your purchase is marked delivered on your tracking info but you did not receive the order, I will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! If interested in creating an order, simply email hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com and we'll get you started.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently I am unable to take on any custom design work.

What is your shipping policy?

All items ship within 3-5 business days. If you want to know a better approximation or wish to purchase rush shipping, you can feel free to email hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com and I would be happy to help!

How long will it take for my order to get to me after it ships?

After I drop your order off at the post office, it is out of my hands and cannot give you an exact time or guarantee a certain delivery date. You should receive tracking information with your order but if you do not, please email me at hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com.
