Returns & Refunds
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. If your purchase is damaged in the mail, please send me a photo and I will gladly send you a replacement or refund your order.
If your purchase is lost in the mail (and not marked delivered on your tracking info), I require a waiting period of 3 weeks in case there are delays or issues with the postal service. After 3 weeks if you have still not received your order, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund your order.
If your purchase is marked delivered on your tracking info but you did not receive the order, I will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement.
How are your products made? Is it really all handwritten?
Yes I create and design all my products (not including the watercolored aspects). After I create and draw a design, I scan it into the computer to edit and mass produce.
Do you offer wholesale or consignment?
I currently only offer wholesale. If interested in creating an order, simply email hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! However I can only take on a certain amount of projects at a time. Please email hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com to start the process and see if your project would be a good fit!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
For most orders, you can expect them to ship within 3-5 business days. During busy/holiday seasons or for large orders, it could take slightly longer. If you want to know a better approximation, you can feel free to email hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com and I would be happy to help!
How long will it take for my order to get to me after it ships?
After I drop your order off at the post office, it is out of my hands and cannot give you an exact time or guarantee a certain delivery date. You should receive tracking information with your order but if you do not, please email me at hello@rachelcosettedesigns.com.
